If yous feel difficulty playing a disc and yous receive whatever of the following error letters, in that location may be an incorrect setting or in that location may exist a problem with the disc that you are trying to play.

Follow these steps to try to resolve this issue:

Important: Not all CD/DVD players are supplied with the same functions and/or features. To verify model-specific data on any of these steps, refer to the instructions supplied with the product. Manuals are posted on your model support page.

  1. If there is a Agree switch or part available for the player, brand certain that the switch or the role is set OFF.
  2. Verify the disc that y'all are trying to play is supported by the player.

  4. Verify that the disc is inserted correctly, with the playback side of the disc facing down in the disc tray.
  5. If the disc is dirty with fingerprints or smudges, or if the disc is scratched or broken, the role player may non recognize the disc, clean the disc using a soft, dry fabric.

  6. Reset the player dorsum to the factory-default specifications.
  7. If no discs will play, remove any discs from the player and go out the thespian powered on with the CD tray opened (if possible) for approximately one hour to resolve the possibility of moisture condensation inside the player.
